Events

US Airways’ most important channel of distribution in Europe is through travel agencies. Since these agencies have influence over traveler’s airline choices it was essential that US Airways find a more efficient and effective way to communicate with them. The communications campaign’s objective was to strengthen existing relationships with travel agencies while emphasizing US Airways’ superior service and rapidly growing number of international destinations in the process.
