The modern graphic A3 newsletter that ITMS Marketing developed, with its clean and sophisticated design, proved to be an ideal medium for the communication of information relevant to US Airways’ image and decision-making processes. The newsletter became the foundation of US Airways’ successful presentation at the world’s largest travel and tourism fair, the ITB Berlin. The integrated marketing campaign did not stop with this newsletter though; it also included customer events to provide the US Airways sales department with the opportunity to intensify their contact with the travel agencies.
